Dr. Michael Lee, our Chief of Staff, received an undergraduate degree in Animal Science and earned his DVM degree from The Ohio State University. He has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 40 years and is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Ohio Veterinary Association, the American Animal Hospital Association, and American Association of Feline Practitioners. Dr. Lee enjoys medical and surgical cases doing many orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries throughout the years. His special interest is in anterior cruciate repairs, medial patellar luxation, and excision arthroplasty.
Dr. Lee has been married to his wife, Sally, for over 40 years and has four married children, Jenne, Joshua, Jed, and Jordan. He loves spending time with his eight granddaughters and three grandsons. Dr. Lee attained his boating captain’s license, enjoys sharing his love of boating with his family, and can also be addressed as Captain Mike. He is active in his church and community. Previously, Dr. Lee coached football and started the Medina Mavericks traveling youth basketball team. Recently, he has taken up the acoustic guitar and enjoys playing for family and friends.
