Dr. Kim Davey was born and raised in Medina and graduated from Medina High School. She is a graduate cum laude of Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio with a major in Biology and earned a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1996. Dr. Davey has been practicing at Animal Medical Centre of Medina since 1999, after first working in Zanesville, and then a small animal and equine practice in Delaware, Ohio. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association and the Cleveland Academy of Veterinary Medicine. Her special interests include canine and feline behavior, internal medicine, and nutrition.
Dr. Davey and her husband, Greg Marinelli, have three sons and they enjoy the frequent baseball games, band performances, and tackling as many road trips as they can. She has a lab/hound mix named Phoenix, who is a rescue from Save Ohio Strays, two cats (Percy Jackson and Blitzen), and a horse named, Jazz. Dr. Davey enjoys riding, hiking, traveling, and anything outdoors.
